We have a service center in Germany, China, and the US.


For example, we do not provide international warranty service, your gimbal was delivered to the UK on your receipt.  If you want us to send the gimbal back to UK address, we will cover all the costs from our side, If not in UK, you need to cover postage and customs duties yourself.


You may send the gimbal to our service center that closest to you from EU countries, there are no customs duties within EU countries. Then provide us a your address for a returning back after repairs, this will greatly save your cost.
