Moza aircross won't turn on after updating firmware

after updating my moza firmware, it can't be turned on, even though I have followed the procedure in the manual. I have submitted a problem to the service center but the answer is not satisfactory, they only offer the latest moza products. maybe there is another solution like downgrade firmware or update new firmware?
