Moza Ifocus motor unit and Ifocus hand unit doesn't pair.

The moza ifocus motor unit didn't work at first, then I upgraded my moza air 2 via your android app becouse I am unable to upgrade it via my windows 11. but somehow it started working in version 01.00.04 in my gimbal after my mobile upgrade, but the trouble is that I am still unable to pair my hand unit which has the version of 2.0.0 to my Ifocus motor unit. What is the problem?
