Cannot update the firmware for my Mini-S and since then it won't turn on

This also happened over a year now. I failed to update the mini-S no matter via bluetooth in Moza Genie iOS nor Android. It always abort at certain percentage and hang. I've wrote to Gudsen couple times before and never got reply. The mini-s is no react when charging and cannot turned on since then. Still looking for help.

Come on MOZA, if you are not going to help us just don't pretending a support center is exsist... ... don't give us hope and being an as****e... ... Refuse to support your customers is very irresponsible. Maybe I should invite other poor guys to call some media to follow this story?
