I bought an aircross 2 few days ago and since the first test the inception mode didn't work with the camera on horizontal orientation. If the camera is up, or down, the mode work normally.
When I move the camera to horizontal direction, the motor loose strengh and stuch, don't complete the movement.
Anyone knows how to fix it, or should I request a new product, because still on the date to ask for a new product?
