Solved by doing what the compatibility list tells us:
Notes for Sony camera connection:
1. Turn off the "Control with smartphone" function in the camera. The specific setting method is as follows: Select Menu -> Network -> Control with Smartphone -> Select "off".
2. Set the "USB connection" function of the camera to "computer remote control". The specific setting method is as follows: Select Menu -> Select "Settings" -> Select "USB Connection" -> Select "PC Remote".

Some time ago I bought a moza aircross 2 gimbal + I also bought a sony zv-1 camera, which is listed as compatible with this device. Unfortunately, the sony zv-1 has a software version that is not compatible with the gimbal. Sony has stated that it is not possible to roll back the software to older versions. In this case, please let me know what to do about it? Have any of you encountered such a problem?
