Slypod E battery fully charged, but only 37% on the app

Hey,
So I've just fully charged my new Slypod E, but it only has 37% according to the app.
When I plug the slypod in, the app says 99%, but when I unplug it again, it reverts to 37%.
Never had this issue on my old slypod pro before.
