For this case, please do as follows to see whether it makes any difference.
1. Power off the gimbal and take Batteries out from this gimbal.
2. Move all the axis including the roll, tilt, pan axis, and adjust positions of the gimbal three arms few times, you may re-balance your device if needed.
3. Put the batteries back to the Air2 gimbal then power Air 2 back on.
4. Repeat the steps above few more times.
