For iFocus and hand unit pairing issue, please follow this tutorial to update their firmware version few more times to see whether it works

Besides, which model gimbal do you have, Air 2 or Aircross 2? Was the iFocus motor connected to the gimbal already, when you paired the hand unit with it? Did you operate your gimbal to control the iFocus motor then?
