- What is my order status?
You can view your order status by looking up your order.
- When will I get my MOZAStore order?
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier for delivery, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email. After your order ships from our warehouse, delivery will take 2 to 25 business days. (It depends on the shipping method and your country you choose.)

- Has my order shipped?
Priority shipping may be available depending on the items purchased and the shipping address.
During check out, you will be able to select from the available shipping methods.
Pricing for shipping depends on your order subtotal, and the shipping method you select.
- How do you deliver when my order includes more than one item?
Your order may be split into separate shipments as items may ship from different warehouses. Each shipment may be delivered separately and on different days.

- Can I upgrade the shipping method after my order has been placed?
Once your order is placed, it’s immediately sent to the warehouse for processing, so we are unable to amend the shipping method.
- Will my order ship the same day the order is placed?
The order will ship the next Business day. Ex: If an order is placed on a Friday, it will be shipped out on Monday. - Can I change my shipment method?
Your submitted order is sent to our warehouses for shipping immediately so we are unable to amend your order.
Delivery and Shipping Fee
- Do you ship to my country?
There are more than 40 countries where MOZAStore ships to. Please see our Shipping and Delivery Guide to find out if MOZAStore serves your country.
- Do I have to pay customs fees?
Your order may be subject to additional taxes, duties and/or fees (including customs clearance) charged by the destination country. Please contact the destination country’s customs office for more information.
We offer free shipping on orders of $45 or more. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping fee will be shown on the address-filing page once the order is settled.
- Can I change my shipping address?
Your submitted order is sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately so we are unable to amend your order. If your package could not be successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and a credit will be made to your payment method.
- Can I have my order delivered to an address other than my home?
During checkout, you may select a shipping address that is different from your billing address. Please ensure that you or an authorized representative is able to receive the delivery.For security reasons, we are unable to deliver to a PO box.
- Can I upgrade the shipping method after my order has been placed?

- Are there shipping charges for repeated delivery, rejected packages, or returned packages without reason?
Yes. The consignee will be responsible for extra delivery charges if delivery failures are caused by the consignee. Shipment charges for returned products because of order cancellation or package rejection after the goods have been shipped will be at the consignee’s own expense and will be deducted from the refund. Shipment charges for returns without reason will be at the customer’s expense and will be deducted from the refund.
Order and Logistics Tracking
- How do I get my tracking number?
After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email or SMS containing the waybill number (you need to confirm SMS notifications when placing the order). You can click the link and skip to the express company’s official website to check your package shipment status.
Delivery will take 2 to 25 business days after the order has shipped. (It depends on the shipping method and your country you choose.)

- After I place an order, how do I change my order before shipment?
The nation, product quantity, category, and color cannot be changed once an order has been placed. If you need to change these details, please cancel the order and purchase again. Due to different states and cities having different tax rates, we do not allow our customers to change the city, state, or ZIP code after the order has been placed when the order is paid for via credit card or bank transfer. If the order is paid for via Paypal or Affirm, no changes can be made since the payment service provider verifies shipping address information before they approve the payment.
- How do I cancel after I have submitted the order, but it has not shipped?
If your order has not been shipped, you can submit a ticket at MOZA Help Center to apply for cancellation. ( https://help.gudsen.com)
- Inspection and Sign
As MOZA products are generally quite valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact MOZA Support.Once you (or someone else on your behalf) signs for the item, MOZA will consider this your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list. If items are missing or damaged, please contact MOZA Support within 24 hours after you receive the package so that we can resolve the problem immediately.
- Do I have to be available at home to pick up items upon delivery?
To ensure the safe delivery of your products, MOZAStore requires our carriers to obtain valid proof of delivery. RazerStore recommends that you or an authorized party receive your delivery.
