Hi there, I just bought this series couple days ago. I found out that the face recognition feature is not working as it always fail to recognize our face whether using face or rear camera in moza genie apps. Any suggestion to solve this problem? Thanks

Which phone are you using with your Mini MX 2?

I'm using vivo v23 5G. After restarting and upgrading genie apps, it's fixed. However, Everytime I try to enter the magic mose, the apps jammed and reatart. Anymore solution for this? Thanks

If you’re on Android you may experience problems with the Moza Genie app if you’re on Android version 12. There have been other questions about Android compatibility on this forum.
