First, make sure your camera is upgraded to the latest firmware.
Second, connect the cable to your camera and gimbal, it should be the M3C-CP cable.
Third, select the M3C-USB camera setting in the gimbal menus in order to tell the gimbal which camera you are using.
Menu>Camera>Select>M3C-USB

The M3C-CP cable is not included with the Aircross 2 pro kit, only the M3C-C cable is there and it's not working with the Fujifilm X-T3
