How long have you had the gimbal plugged in to charge?
Do you keep the gimbal charged when not in use?
I do not recommend opening the gimbal. Contact Moza instead.
One more thing, are you using the original cable that came with the product plugged into a USB adapter that can provide the amount of charging power the gimbal requires?
