Moza Air 2 does not start - it immediately turns off again

Dear Support,
my Air2 is not working. The MOZA Logo appears when I start and it immediately turns off. If I press the power button again, nothing happens. I remove the batteries and put them in again, then it reacts again and the Logo appears same as before. Also Boot Mode does not work. It shows "Boot mode" for 1-2 seconds and turns off again.
I have connected my Nikon Z6 and it reacts but immediately disconnect.
Batteries are fully charged and I have also replacement batteries.
The Gimble is perfectly stabilized and camera is mounted.
What else can I do to get it running again?
This is so annoying and haven't experienced that with any other Gimbal.
So many others have reported the same and no reaction to anyone. Pure SCAM in my opinion.
