The app finds my Moza Air 2, but when I select it to connect it just searches and does not connect. Likewise I have downloaded the mac app and driver but the device is not found by the app when Air 2 is plugged into my laptop in boot mode.

Which app are you talking about and what are you trying to make the app do with the gimbal?
