I sent my Moza Slypod Pro pro back after it stopped working. I was asked to send it to Germany which I did.
That was nearly three weeks ago and the support centre has stopped emailing me back. I spent £500 on this during the crowdfunding campaign.
Now I dont know if I'll get my money or product back. Can someone PLEASE RESPOND!
