AirCross 3 and Nikon Z5 Controls

I bought the AirCross 3 and I can not seem to get it to connect to my Nikon Z5 for shutter control. Any ideas?

The camera is on the latest firmware of 1.2 and the AirCross 3 is on 1.1.15
