The Moza Slypod battery is dead. It no longer works only connected to the charger or power bank. Can this battery be replaced? Also, since I have this problem, I can no longer update the Firmware. Is there a solution?

I have a Moza Slypod that won’t turn on anymore, I tried charging it for a long time with a strong 60W Charger and with a weaker 5W Charging unit.
The battery was probably empty as it hadn’t been used for almost one year. Is there anything I can do to fix it by myself or do I need to send it to a service center?
On your website it says that there is a service center in Germany but google didn’t let me find it…
