Cannot connect to my Moza mini-mi via bluetooth

It's been over a year, I've wrote to Gudsen couple times but never got reply. J still cannot connect to my device no matter iOS nor Android and it really needs to do a calibration. Please tell me what to do to get over this issue, thanks.
