How to make the GoPro 12 work well with the Moza AirCross S?

On the Moza website, there are photos and descriptions claiming that it’s all-in-one, but when trying to balance a Samsung A36 smartphone or a GoPro 12, the gimbal starts vibrating wildly and becomes unusable. In the smartphone app, I reduced the motor strength, but it didn’t help. I asked ChatGPT, and it told me that GoPros and smartphones are too light, and a counterweight plate is needed so that the motors can “see” the weight and work properly. But on the website, there are pictures showing just a GoPro or a smartphone alone—so does this mean the manufacturer is blatantly lying and misleading people? Please explain how to understand this, and what should be done without hacks or extra weights.
