To confirm the balance of the gimbal, I turned on “Spirit Level” mode in the Camera tab on the Gennie app (Pic 1).
Then see on vertical and horizontal status screens to know the balancing status

As the center mark of camera mode, the gimbal was tilting 5-10 degrees.
I tried to hard reset by pushing the small hole below the charging port with a needle and restarting the system. And nothing better happened.
I also tried to calibrate the gimbal with the Gennie app. And there are some pictures of this process. It stops at the final pictures(Pic 4-7).
