New MOZA customer

I just bought the MOZA humble. The gray one I can’t remember the model. I set the device on a table put my phone in and turn it on and nothing happens. What did I do wrong.

Good afternoon, I have issue I can’t connect moza r5 to dirt 2.0 When you log in to Dirt 2.0 it’s show moza r5 unknown Any solution Thanks
My moza mini mx 2 sense is not working properly please help give me customer support
