Slypod Pro was working fine. Then, one day didn't. It's that simple. Nothing happened to it, stored in a case in a closet. Now, it clicks and whines when you try to extend or retract. Tried firmware update (didn't really expect that to work since it sounds like a hardware issue).
In hindsight, it's always been covered in a light oil when extended. i figured this was normal. But, I don't see anyone else mention this oil and carbon fiber powder that gets all over my hands when using it.
Anyone know what could be happening? I literally just bought it and was attempting to use it for the first time on an actual project. Was just messing with it before. Have the Aircross 2 and wanted to use them together. This sucks!
