Customer support problem

Hi All,


I ordered a USB Handbrake on  04. January, 2024.

Delivery date was described as 4-7 business days.

Now 16 days already elapsed and the item still hasn't arrived. Status of the order is still "in progress".

I contacted customer support many times via email and tickets, too. But no reaction, no reply, no answer. What kind of customer support is this?

I placed an order but did not get a confirmation email of my order and the payment have been taken out of my credit card . can I trust you ? are you a fake company ?
